Dr. Logarithm is smart enough to question the arrest. Many a time I have been struck by the fact that a superheroine's "arrest" of a supervillain is probably contestable in court. Magniloquence won't have that problem, because Madame Mayor made her a "one dollar per year" police officer in Wonder Falls.
