Bun Jar, ya'll. Enter Buck, the owner of Buck’s Star Café. Here in small town Texas, many small restaurants have the owner acting as the host or even one of the servers to well known customers. It is just that personal touch that adds to the small town experience. Buck is wearing the traditional Texas cowboy dress shirt, bolo tie, and fancy jeans held up with a Texas sized belt buckle. The fishing vest is Buck's way of showing that his second passion is for fishing, not uncommon in this part of Texas. -- Robert Stradley, the Weekend Artist. |
